Breakfast at Dominque’s works with a private roaster in Ohio, USA where each bag of 100% fair trade organic coffee is crafted with care and attention by an artisanal roaster. A portion of profits from each bag sold will be donated to the American Diabetes Association in honor of Ella Fitzgerald.

Referred to as the “First Lady of Song” Ella Fitzgerald was the first African American woman to win a Grammy. Winning a total of 13 in her lifetime. She broke down racial barriers with her voice and her talent allowed her to pave the way for other African American performers. Since 1993 she has helped people of all races, cultures and believes with The Ella Fitzgerald Charitable Foundation which is still changing lives today.
