• Shichimi Togarashi is a Japanese pepper blend that is often found on the table at ramen shops and yakitori restaurants. • FLAVOR & USE: Shichimi Togarashi is a traditional Japanese chili spice blend that is spicy, nutty and citrusy. Our version is moderately spicy and fragrant with orange, sesame seeds and nori. Sprinkle it over ramen, eggs, avocado toast and buttered popcorn. Stir some into mayonnaise with a splash of ponzu for the best fried chicken dipping sauce.
