Sicilian Cous Cous with Vegetables

Made popular in the Western zone of the island, this is the perfect combination of chopped vegetables, onion and garlic. Dive into the flavor ocean with Sicilian couscous, a quick and simple recipe! 

Preparation : Bring 2 and 1/2 cups (0.6 Liter) water to a boil with two tablespoons of extra virgin oil. Then, add cous cous, cover, turn off the heat and let rest for 9 minutes.

Useful tips: add 1/2 tsp vinegar and serve with 4 oz (100g) fried diced swordfish with sesame seeds

Wine: Cabernet Sauvignon or medium bodied red wine
